Following the Tribunal Hearing on Tuesday 15th November, 2022 - Judgement was announed on Wednesday 23rd November...

• The tribunal have allowed the RTM for the New Block to proceed - Hand-over March 2023
• The  tribunal have dismissed the application to claim the RTM for the garage block

This means that unless there is an appeal against this judgement, then Swanside will continue responsibility for the garage block and the external  communal areas (i.e. gardens)

All terms of the leases and licences continue to apply for all leaseholders and flats at Thorpe Hall
