Two separate(2) RTM Companies and then a Freeholder managed block of 3 flats and the grounds.
i.e. Four separate Service Charge Funds
1. Old Block (Old block RTM)
2. New Block (New block RTM)
3. Garage Block
4. Central Estate administration including external common areas and gardens
