Thorpe Hall – Service charge accounts publication date delay

Service charge accounts should be published within 6 months of the end of the financial year so the year-ended 31-Mar-2024 accounts were due to be published yesterday (30-Sep-2024), however the auditors now need to address the implications of the failure of the RTM's and HMS to collect the required expenditure budget for the Central Estate contribution despite the correct process for this being agreed in advance

Neither the RTM's or their managing agents HMS Property Management Services have advised the freeholder of their intention in this regard and have so far failed to provide details as to how they propose to clarify or rectify the position
